Steps toward manifesting abundance daily

What is the most important factor in Conscious Creation?

The concept of Conscious Creation is now a well-accepted buzzword in
a variety of metaphysical circles; however, despite the
proliferation of this material, it seems many are still unable to
achieve the success they would like to use these principles. Why is
this so, and is there a missing component that is largely being
overlooked? What is the most important factor in Conscious Creation?

Answer:

The main missing ingredient is focus and consistency of effort. In
your modern lives, you are constantly surrounded by many, many
choices. Choices about what to eat, where to eat, what to wear, how
to wear it, different career and job opportunities, many, many
different ways of expressing yourselves and filling your lives than
in earlier periods of human history. Your abundance of choice leads
many of you to be distracted by other possibilities, therefore
lessening the amount of focussed energy being placed on the things
that you say that you want. This is one of the reasons. Another
reason is that for the most part, you simply allow life to happen to
you. You turn on your radios and TV's, you listen to the news, you
react to it in one way or another and you go about your day. Very
few of you start your day with any other purpose in mind than 'go to
work', 'take children to school', 'pick up laundry', 'go
running', 'pay my bills'. In addition to these general 'to do' lists
that you have, you simply go about your day allowing life and the
day to happen to you. However, each part of your life is a result of
thought. If you think you have a hectic, unstable, disorganised
life - take a look at your thoughts.

The most important aspect of learning to manifest is focus. What many
do who first learn of their inherent ability to attract to themselves
what they are wanting through thought, is to instantly think of the
biggest, best, largest, most courageous dream or thing they could
imagine, they instantly say " I want a large sum of money" or "I want
to become a movie star" or "I want that luxurious home in the
mountains". For those of you who are unaccustomed to focussing your
thoughts, these items will present great challenges. It is not that
they are difficult, for it takes exactly the same amount of focus and
decision to manifest a thimble as it does a castle. The difference in
the manifesting of the thimble and the castle, are the beliefs you
have about having and owning such things. So many of you are burdened
with feelings of lack of self worth, the conflicts that arise out of
manifesting your largest dreams, sabotage the manifestation of them
in the initial stages. When you think of such grand things, such
grand dreams, most of you immediately begin an inner dialogue in
which you tell yourself of all the reasons why you may not have the
thing you have dreamt of. You cite examples, you remember all the
other 'failures' from the past, the 'failures' of friends and
perhaps even try to convince yourself that the higher path, or the
spiritual path, is to go without and to learn how to be satisfied
with what you have. Although we would agree that being satisfied
with where you are is a beneficial quality to develop, but
satisfaction is not the same as stagnation!

It is not that we are offering to you that you should not think big,
that is the last idea we would want you to gain from our answer.
However, what we are saying is, you need to practice deliberate
creation, and we suggest that you start this with the creation of
your day. As we have already said, for the most part, you simply
allow your day to happen to you. In order to prepare yourself for
creating your life's dream, start with creating a day, and do it
consciously. For example, as you awaken each morning you can say to
yourself "today I wish to learn more about what I love and more
about what excites me" or "today I wish to discover more of my
talents". The list of possibilities is endless. Note this, the
MOMENT that you make this statement; you have launched a new
creation. As you say these words and INTEND to experience 'more of
what you love', your soul then sets about brining you those
opportunities. As you shift your focus on life away from being
reactive beings, in other words, simply responding to
what occurs in a day, and you become a creative being, setting forth
your intention for the day, you ability and confidence increases.

You may want to increase abundance in your life, as you make the
statement as you awaken "today I wish to experience more abundance",
your perspective will begin to shift. As it shifts, you will first
see the abundance that has always been there, as this happens, your
focus shifts onto the positive side of having, instead of being
focused on lack. As your focus shifts on having, you invite more
abundance to come into your life, you start manifesting new things.
The first stage of all manifesting is to shift your perspective so
that you can see that the thing you want is already there, perhaps
in a different form, but the essence already exists. For example,
for many of you, money represents freedom. As you shift your focus,
you will see more aspects of the freedom already present in your
life. You will begin to see other riches, abundance in the form of
love, friendship and other gifts.

Successful manifesting takes two ingredients, focus and self worth.
It is also important to remember that in your world of opposites,
each subject has two sides, giving each thing you want to manifest a
lack side. In other words, there is money, and the lack of it, there
is success and failure, there is health and there is a lack of
health. What we observe, is that the majority of you are focused a
great deal of your time upon the lack side of every important
subject in your life. You remember the criticism of one, but you
forget the praise of one hundred. We give you this promise, if you
can focus on what you want, and hold that focus intensely over a
period of 21 days, reviewing and updating you vision each 7 days,
you will be well on your way to creating what you want, it will be
yours! Remember, the key is to hold your focus!

What stops you from holding this focus are a couple of things.
Firstly, there is the fear of disappointment, the thought that
perhaps holding all this desire and focus may just simply lead to a
greater sense of disappointment than before. When this comes up,
most simply stop wanting the thing they say that they want to have.
The other great saboteur of conscious creation is allowing your mind
to wander off into all the 'logical' reasons why you can't have what
you want. You start saying to yourself: I am too old, too fat, too
uneducated, too young, not talented enough etc, etc. You then begin
to shift your focus onto the not having.

For those of you who have been aware of the universal laws of
creation, having a deeper sense that you are creator, your greatest
challenge is to live this knowledge fully. The belief that you create
your own reality is relatively new to this generation; therefore, it
has yet to gain wider acceptance. Until the population as a whole
gains this understanding, those of you who are aware of your ability
to manifest, are constantly challenged by the popular view that you
are a victim of random events and that life, like the universe, in
unpredictable and has a much greater power than you do. So many of
you are still believing that the Universe can exert itself against
you, even believing that misfortune and 'bad luck' is perhaps
a 'karmic debt' that needs to be paid off as recompense for some
nefarious deed in the distant past of a past life. It is not that
that you are not creating consciously, for indeed you are. So many
of you habitually choose to deny yourself, deny your divinity and to
deny your ability. This is conscious, it is a choice. When you do
not get what you want, you often go to great lengths to justify why
you cannot have the things that you want. Even those who love you
will support you in these beliefs concerning what you can and cannot
have. They will tell you that there is a lot of 'competition' or
that the 'market' is slow, or that your chosen path is
always 'difficult' and a 'challenge'. What you then consciously
choose to do is to agree with them.

It is not so that you are not consciously creating, much of your
self-deprecation and diminution is done regularly and consciously. Do
you dare to be different? Be not afraid of your light, of your
greatness, you are a child of God, you can create what you want!

Wishing all joyous creation;;;freewil

Dear friends,

In the Valle de San Felix, Chile some of the purest
water in

"Waves of Delight"
Longing to swim in oceans with joy,
Toward laying on beaches to unite,
Feeling those crashing waves of delight.

"Inner Awakenings"
Crawling out into the night,
Connecting in spirit shining so bright;
Empowering love and all of it's light,
Giving freely with all of our might,
Leaving with love and all it's insight,

Awaking truths felt on the path,
Being reborn clarity in a snap,
Not even dieing just a Kings nap,
Love is a circle one with all that,
Gratefully showing love in a rap.

"Grateful in all Ways"

Thanks all for being and shining love always,
Openness empowers this journey in new ways,
Growth and lessons found exploring all ways,
Openly expressed paths brighten the ways.
Others walking beside or leading a way,
Love flows gratefully this day and always.

"Miracles Reflect"
Deep gratitude spirits express,
Time and distance seem less,
Delightful love awareness.
Welcoming gentle caress,
One with Creator fearless,
Sharing lessons to bless,
Honor with graceful presence,
Miracles reflect all in oneness.

Just shared a ceremonial sweat lodge with the buffalo hearts and feel the above poem rewrote into it's journey. there are powerful oneness circles every where in life.

"Powerfully Being Oneness"
Honored with all presence,
Relations with rocks no less,
One with creator fearless,
Singing songs all to bless,
Gratitude brothers express,
Prayers follow faithfulness,
Powerfully being Oneness.

"Learning to find"
Searching hearts guide,
Not surface outside,
Sharing never to hide,
Opening deep inside,
Oneness INI divined.

"Friends"
Friends are what we wish to be,
To feel our hearts and not to flee,
We learn to grow ourselves besides,
Giving freely what we may find,
Not to hold or keep in fear,
To know and feel we are so dear,
So hear alone we are so near,
As a friend inside is so clear.

"Zen Zaway"
danzenz poetically,
transcends reality,
flowing upwardly,
galactic lucidity,
ones Zen sez,
connected intimately,
ones Zen fluidity.

"Flowing Love"
water of life,
feeding all roots,
nurturing nature,
shaping the stone,
channeling love,
in father in mother,
mountains to oceans,
love likes to flow.

"Love Rains Love"
To touch a heart so sweet,
Gives meaning to this meek,
Kissing tears from your cheek.

COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS... the power behind the machine... w

Posted on May 19th, 2006 by freewil : freewil freewil
Organization is everything. We need to be well organized/ connected in circles to create our own life support systems instead of the plans the CFR is cooking up for us... to make us slaves, so we need to buy everything the planet provides. "my solution is to support all individuals and boycot all corperations... one more vote by absentee balot..." Do you know about the CFR? COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS IS AN ELITE CABAL By Mordechai Zember January 22, 2006 NewsWithViews.com What exactly is the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR)? Many Americans know almost nothing about this organization. Yet, this organization has dominated this country's politics, the press, and the economy. Representative John R. Rarick once said, "The CFR, dedicated to one-world government, financed by a number of the largest tax-exempt foundations, and wielding such power and influence over our lives in the areas of finance, business, labor, military, education and mass communication media, should be familiar to every American concerned with good government and with preserving and defending the U.S. Constitution and our free-enterprise system. Yet, the nation's right to know machinery - the news media - usually so aggressive in exposures to inform our people, remain conspicuously silent when it comes to the CFR, its members and their activities... The CFR is the establishment. Not only does it have influence and power in key decision-making positions at the highest levels of government to apply pressure from above, but it also finances and uses individuals and groups to bring pressure from below, to justify the high-level decisions for converting the United States from a sovereign constitutional republic into a servile member of a one-world dictatorship." Of course, the people know almost nothing about the Council on Foreign Relations because many propagandists, I mean journalists, themselves are members of this elite organization. Some of the CFR propagandists include Barbara Walters, Dan Rather, Tom Brokaw, Jim Lehrer, Lesley Stahl, Katie Couric, Tony Snow, Morton Kondracke, Daniel Pipes, and Charles Krauthammer. In fact, the CFR owns and control the television stations, radio stations, and newspapers such as ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, PBS, New York Times, Washington Post, Time, U.S. News & World Report, and Newsweek. Sadly, some of the Internet newssites "remain conspicuously silent when it comes to the CFR, its members and their activities." The John Birch Society, meanwhile, has exposed the Council on Foreign Relations for many years. Since I knew very little about the CFR myself, I decided to do my own research. For almost a year, I spent some time researching and investigating the Council on Foreign Relations. I acquired a copy of past and present membership rosters, dug up some major dirt on many CFR members, acquired smoking-gun photographs of CFR members, and read Internet articles that discussed the CFR. In fact, I, along with my friend Beavis, managed to build a webpage condemning the Council on Foreign Relations. I have also spent some time reading None Dare Call It Conspiracy by Gary Allen, The Invisible Government by Dan Smoot, and Shadows of Power by James Perloff. I was interested in finding a "money trail" and I decided to look at the CFR from a business and financial perspective as well as the political perspective. After all, both politics and finances involve money and power. In a book called Kissinger: A Biography, Walter Isaacson wrote (on p. 84): "Found in 1921 by members of Manhattan's internationally minded business and legal elite, the Council [on Foreign Relations] is a private organization that serves as a discussion club for close to three thousand well-connected aficionados of foreign affairs. Beneath the chandeliers and stately portraits in its Park Avenue mansion, members attend lectures, dinners, and roundtable seminars featuring top officials and visiting world leaders." Isaacson himself is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a Rhodes Scholar. Notice that Isaacson used the word elite to describe members ofCFR. Who exactly were "Manhattan's internationally minded business and legal elite" back in 1921? Some of the "internationally minded business and legal elite" who founded the Council on Foreign Relations include Edward Mandell House, Paul Warburg, Otto Kahn, John W. Davis, Isaiah Bowman, Archibald Cary Coolidge, Paul D. Cravath, Norman H. Davis, Stephen P. Duggan, John H. Finley, Edwin F. Gay, David F. Houston, Frank L. Polk, William R. Shepherd, and George Wickersham. Today, the "internationally minded business and legal elite" include David Rockefeller, Stanley Fischer, Zbigniew Brzezinski, Henry Kissinger, Alan Greenspan, Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter, Gerald Ford, George Soros, Paul Wolfowitz, and Rupert Murdoch. The Council on Foreign Relations is not an ordinary private organization; the Council on Foreign Relations is an elite cabal. In fact, the CFR is an organization where the enemies of America and its "controlled opposition" get down and dirty at the Harold Pratt House. The Council on Foreign Relations control and dominate major corporations, banks, law firms, foundations, social organizations, labor unions, universities, and the press as well as the federal government. Some of the CFR-affiliated corporations and organizations include the JP Morgan Chase, Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, the Trilateral Commission, the Bretton Woods Committee, the CSIS, the Aspen Institute, Human Rights Watch, The Brookings Institution, Harvard University, Princeton, Johns Hopkins University, Georgetown, Ford Foundation, Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, the New York Times, the Washington Post, Fox News, ACLU, AFL-CIO, and the Federal Reserve. For example, John J. Sweeney is the president of AFL-CIO, America's largest labor union, and Sweeney himself is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. On the other hand, Robert J. Stevens is the chairman and CEO of Lockheed Martin, and Stevens himself is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. On paper, industrial companies and labor unions are supposed to hate each other. In reality, however, both Big Industry and Big Labor are in bed together. Whenever a worker pays his or her union dues, they are simply getting shafted by the CFR cabal. Politics is another example. On paper, the Democratic Party and the Republican Party oppose each other. However, the truth is stranger than fiction. High-ranking members of the Democratic Party and the Republican Party are in bed together. Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter, John Kerry, Joseph Lieberman, and Dianne Feinstein are members of the Democratic Party, and they are all members of the Council on Foreign Relations. Henry Kissinger, John McCain, Newt Gingrich, Dick Cheney, Katherine Harris, and Bill Frist are members of the Republican Party, and they are members of the Council of Foreign Relations. The international bankers control and finance both the Democratic Party and the Republican Party. David Rockefeller is a Republican, and George Soros is a Democrat, but their membership into those political parties mean absolutely nothing to them. Thus, the so-called "Leftist-Rightist" political perspectives are nothing more than charades. The CFR is one of the few organizations where capitalists and socialists work together in harmony. David Rockefeller himself has given aid and comfort to Nikita Khrushchev, Chou Enlai, and Fidel Castro. This explains why CFR members love the Chinese Communists and the Russian Bolsheviks so much. From the time America established diplomatic ties with the Soviet Union in 1933 until its collapse in 1991, the Soviet Embassy was located right across the street from the Harold Pratt House. Almost every ambassador to the Soviet Union were CFR members. In fact, every liaison officers and ambassadors to Red China is or has been members of the Council on Foreign Relations. By the way, Communist agent Alger Hiss was a member of CFR for a short time. The CFR is truly an elite organization. Membership into this elite cabal is by invitation only. The Council on Foreign Relations is no different from the Chinese Communist Party, the Soviet Communist Party, and the Nazi Party of Germany. Dissent is not tolerated; any CFR member who fails to "toe the line" are expelled from the organization or in some cases killed in cold blood. Important CFR meetings are "off-the-record" and are never discussed in public. Those who leak any secrets will face consequences and repercussions on a massive scale. According to the CFR's own "Rule on Non-Attribution," "[I]t would not be in compliance with the reformulated Rule, however, for any meeting participant (i) to publish a speaker's statement in attributed form in a newspaper; (ii) to repeat it on television or radio, or on a speaker's platform, or in a classroom; or (iii) to go beyond a memo of limited circulation, by distributing the attributed statement in a company or government agency newsletter. The language of the Rule also goes out of its way to make it clear that a meeting participant is forbidden knowingly to transmit the attributed statement to a newspaper reporter or other such person who is likely to publish it in a public medium. The essence of the Rule as reformulated is simple enough: participants in Council meetings should not pass along an attributed statement in circumstances where there is substantial risk that it will promptly be widely circulated or published." As CFR member David Gergen once said, "It's none of your damn business." In other words, just shut up and say nothing. This explains why CFR journalists will say or write absolutely nothing about the CFR's evil, totalitarian agenda. This elite cabal has a purpose; the Council on Foreign Relations wants to establish and exercise power and control over the American people and the entire world. Unfortunately, CFR members will do just about anything to achieve their lust for power and domination. Yes, CFR members will lie, cheat, covet, steal, and kill just to get what they want. They will engage in secrecy, treachery, and duplicity. They will even engage in a rebellion and an insurrection against our Constitution and our Declaration of Independence just to get what they want. We the people need to expose and eliminate the Council on Foreign Relations before the CFR destroys us. In the mean time, get a FREE copy of the 2005 CFR membership roster and my personal CFR charts and study them. On Election Day this year, I want you to go to the polls and vote, and I want you to expel the traitors and CFR members from office and elect patriotic Americans instead. © 2006 - Mordechai Zember

10 Unhelpful Ways of Thinking

Posted on May 19th, 2006 by freewil : freewil freewil
this was sent to me in a friends blog... felt it to be so helpful in many ways l'm sharing it with all here...

“Definitions of Cognitive Distortions” from Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy by David D. Burns

1. Thinking “All or Nothing”

This refers to the tendency to see things as either all good or all bad. When we judge ourselves or others according to perfectionist standards, we are thinking in terms of “all or nothing.” An example would be the person who makes a mistake and then concludes that she can’t do it anything right. Keep things in perspective. Nothing is all bad or all good. “If I look hard enough, I can find something positive in every situation.”

2. Overgeneralizing

When people generalize too much, they conclude that one event reflects the way things will always be. When we get in a tough situation, we often worry that nothing will ever improve. The fact is that things change. “What happens today will not happen forever. I can make it through the day.

3. Mental Filter

A person filters out all positive things in his life to the extent that he focuses only on the negative things. A caregiver may be using a mental filter when he becomes preoccupied with one problem behavior and ignores any positive aspects. (of caregiving) Acknowledge the negative but focus more on the positive. “Sure, there are negative things, but there are positive things, too. It’s up to me to decide which to focus on.”

4. Discounting the Positive

We tend to minimize compliments we receive from others. Instead accepting and affirming a compliment from someone we may say to ourselves, “Well I could be doing more,” or “I don’t like what I am doing so I don’t deserve compliments.” Accept and affirm the positive. “The positive things people say abut me are true.”

5. Jumping to Conclusions

You reach a negative conclusion without having all the facts about a situation. Don’t take things personally or try to predict the future. “I can ask questions instead of taking this personally. There’s probably a good explanation.”

There are two common situations in which this occurs:

A. Mind Reading
Someone makes an assumption that another person is thinking badly about him.

B. Predicting the Future
A person makes assumptions that negative things are going to happen to her, or that people will respond to her in a negative way. A person may imagine that an activity will not go well. They will worry about this future possibility, taking their attention away from enjoying the present time.

6. Exaggerating or Reducing the Significance of Events

This mental error can go in two directions either you exaggerate your negative qualities , or you minimize your positive qualities. You may think, “How can I ever take care of the household finances when I have a hard time balancing my check book? In the opposite direction, you may think , “Well sure, I’m good with plants, but anyone can take care of plants.”

Treat Yourself in the same , gentle, accepting way that you treat those you love. “I have my flaws, but I also have my strengths. I’m not going to beat myself up about this.”

7. Reasoning Emotionally

When we allow our emotions to guide our understanding of a situation, we are reasoning emotionally. The thought, “I feel lonely, therefore, nobody loves me,” bases the conclusion on a feeling, and not on the real facts of the situation. The goal is not to ignore or to suppress our feelings, but to accept these feelings and try to view situations from a rational perspective. Don’t let emotions do your reasoning for you. “I accept my feelings but attempt to see things more objectively.”

8. Think I Should

The problem with saying “I should” is that the statement has more to do with opinions than the reality of a situation. We usually say “you should” to others when we think we know what is best for them. This can often make us feel frustrated when the other person disagrees with us. By saying “I should” to ourselves, we can end up feeling depressed and angry, because what we are saying we “should” do is not what we really want in our hearts. Instead, it tends to be something that a critic in our life, such as a spouse, a parent, or a child in our life wants.

There is more than one correct way to do things. “ My way isn’t necessarily the best way for others. I have the right to make my own decisions just as they have the right to make theirs.”

9. Labelling

This is an extreme form of generalization. Instead of seeing our faults as only part of our otherwise good features, we single them out as a reflection or ourselves. You may act impatient in caring for you sick family member, and then conclude that you are an impatient person. We are more than our mistakes or imperfections. “I may do something foolish, but that doesn’t make me a fool.”

10. Personalizing

A person may assume responsibility for a negative event when she is not to blame. A person may feel embarrassed by something a spouse, relative, or child does as if their behavior were reflection of her abilities as a wife, mother or relative. Don’t take the blame for others’ behavior. “Although I care about them, I’m not responsible for their decisions or actions.”

as l learn these lessons loving all the distortions too helps me see ways to recreate myself within harmony...

wish some of those healthy recreations and will later... anyone else have one or two heart felt lesson? personally will focus toward the possitive recreation and leave the dysfunctional explainations of where l came from alone... will cut and paste the 1- 10 l'm empowered from then share my path beyond...

Buy your gas at Citgo to protest bush's foreign policy and support an anti bush!!!

Looking for an easy way to protest Bush foreign policy week after week? And an easy way to help alleviate global poverty? Buy your gasoline at Citgo stations. And tell your friends. Of the top oil producing countries in the world, only one is a democracy with a president who was elected on a platform of using his nation's oil revenue to benefit the poor. The country is Venezuela. The President is Hugo Chavez. Call him "the Anti-Bush." www.commondreams.org/views05/0516-25.htm www.citgo.com/CITGOLocato...eLocator.jsp

tapping meridians

we release we let let go,
in a circle we flow,
loving all to grow.

inspired by the emotional freedom technique

"I would recommend EFT. www.emofree.com/
Emotional Freedom Technique - Based on TFT Thought Field Therapy. Energy Therapy.
Tune into an issue and tap on meridian points on the face - chest and hands.
The Emofree site will tell you everything. It works unbelievably fast. It's almost too simple to believe."

This is a small portion of the fire dragon chi gong system that I practice to open and release everything on a regular basis........it works.

feel this circle is a place to affect our world with the love and oneness we all share.
the visions co-created here will spread and bloom naturally.  harmony is the path and the intention here and sharing it  everywhere is it's full manifestation.
